How Yaware.TimeTracker Works

1. Yaware.TimeTracker runs in the background of a user’s computer. It automatically tracks the time employee spends on programs, applications and websites. Yaware.TimeTracker can optionally take screenshots and webcam snapshots and track offline activities (non-computer work like meetings, breaks, etc.).

2. The data is sent to a remote server online to be saved and encrypted there (find more details on Amazon Elastic Cloud). If the Internet connection fails, Yaware.TimeTracker continues gathering the information and sends it to the server once the connection is established again.

3. The data about users’ productivity is displayed in a single online account. This account is used for browsing and analyzing reports, changing monitoring settings and reporting options.
