During which the employee uses resources he does not need to perform direct working duties, but regularly it is necessary to apply them;
A colleague used software and sites, which are not yet in the Yaware database. TimeTracker (these resources need to be categorized manually).
An example of the neutral time of work is the sensors and chat, because employees can use these resources to communicate with colleagues at work and in jobs.
