There’s the idea that Yaware.TimeTracker can be fooled if you click on a keyboard or write a program to simulate activity on a computer.
How do we check the suspects?
1) Include screen pictures. If at the employee for a long time (about 30 minutes) the same screen, it could be a signal of possible deception.
2) View diagram. If the chart is solid — without spaces — for a long time, it can also mean that the statistics are not correct.
It’s worth noting that you can try to get around to be the automatic system.
If employees are trying to circumvent the time accounting system, they can either talk about the resistance in the community, or the injustice of the employee. Both problems need to be resolved by administrative means.
