Activity data starts arriving after the client is installed and the employee begins working. The first recurring patterns can usually be seen after several working days.
For sound conclusions, analyze at least one or two complete working weeks. This reduces the impact of an unusual day, leave, illness, a one-off meeting, or peak workload. Do not make personnel decisions from a single day of statistics.
